One event.
One reliable handoff.
Run a fictional-data integration recovery demo from JC TechLabs. Inspect queued failures, safe retries and duplicate handling without sending data to a CRM.
Try a failed update and a safe retry.
Use the buttons in sequence. DEMO-001 is a fictional event; this page never contacts a CRM or saves a lead.

The worked sequence.
| Action | Queue | Destination records | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| Simulate a timeout | 1 | 0 | Keep the event visible for recovery. |
| Retry the same identity | 0 | 1 | Reconcile successful delivery. |
| Replay a duplicate | 0 | 1 | Preserve one-record-per-event behavior. |
The destination record count remains one after replay. In a production integration, this requires durable event identity, reconciliation and the receiving system’s supported guarantees—not just a disabled button.
What this demonstration does not prove.
This deterministic state machine runs only in this tab and resets when reloaded. It does not simulate distributed locks, real outages, network timing, authentication, concurrent workers or a vendor’s API contract. It is a teaching example, not a load test or a client implementation.
Use the CRM integration checklist and recovery planning guide to scope those production responsibilities. Explore API integration services and software delivery, or return to all working examples.
