About these terms
Find our Engineering & Operations Center, office hours and contact details on the contact page.
Business information and enquiries
The website describes capabilities that can be scoped to a client’s needs. Sending an enquiry, receiving a reference number or discussing a requirement does not create a client engagement or guarantee availability, pricing, delivery dates or results. We do not take online payments through this website.
Project agreements
Paid services are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or service agreement accepted by the relevant parties. That agreement should identify the contracting parties, scope, deliverables, dependencies, fees and applicable taxes, payment schedule, milestones, acceptance process, intellectual property and licensing arrangements, confidentiality, support, cancellation and other engagement-specific terms. Any such signed agreement takes precedence over general descriptions on the website for that project.
Illustrations and results
Example briefs and workflows are illustrations of how a service might be applied. They are not claims about completed client projects or measured results unless expressly identified and supported as such. Business outcomes depend on factors including requirements, implementation, adoption, budgets, market conditions and third-party platforms. Search rankings, advertising outcomes, leads and revenue cannot be guaranteed.
Reviews and third-party platforms
Review management includes monitoring, responding to authentic feedback and reporting suspected policy violations through the platform’s official process. We do not promise removal of genuine negative feedback or guarantee a platform’s decision. Advertising, app stores, cloud services, payment providers and other third parties apply their own terms, policies, approvals, availability and charges. Work involving regulated products or activities requires a lawful business model and the permissions applicable to the project.
Acceptable use and submitted information
Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not submit malicious code, spam, impersonations or information you are not entitled to share. Do not attempt to obtain private enquiry records or interfere with the service. Include only the information needed for an initial discussion; secure access to client systems and sensitive materials should be arranged separately after the scope and responsibilities are agreed.
Website content and intellectual property
JC TechLabs branding and original website material may not be copied or used to misrepresent an affiliation without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners; references do not imply endorsement or partnership. Any software, design, content or licence supplied under a project is governed by that project’s written agreement.
Accuracy, availability and external links
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but descriptions may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Tell us about an error or accessibility problem using the contact details above. Links to external services are provided for convenience; those services have their own privacy notices and terms.
Responsibilities and concerns
Please verify that a proposed service and any third-party dependencies fit your business and legal requirements before entering a project agreement. Nothing in these website terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Engagement-specific responsibility, liability, applicable law and dispute arrangements must be agreed in the relevant project contract. For a concern about the website or an enquiry, contact us first so we can investigate and respond.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains website data handling. Updates to these website terms apply from the date shown above. Changes to a signed project agreement require the process agreed by its parties.
