Who to contact
Find our Engineering & Operations Center, office hours and contact details on the contact page.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company name, selected service, preferred timing, how you found JC TechLabs, project description and your agreement to process the enquiry. It records a submission reference, time and consent version. Please share only what is needed for an initial business discussion. Do not include passwords, identity documents, financial account information, health records or personal information about your customers.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to understand your requirements, respond to you, prepare a proposal if requested, and keep a record of the conversation. Information may also be used to prevent abusive submissions, investigate technical problems and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future marketing permission would be requested separately.
Submission and email
The website saves a submitted enquiry in a private database on our server before displaying a success message and reference. A confirmation means the enquiry was saved; it does not mean a project has been accepted. If you contact us by email or phone, your email and telecommunications providers also process the information under their own policies. Where automated email delivery is configured, transactional messages may include an enquiry acknowledgement and an internal notification.
Technical data and cookies
Our hosting infrastructure processes IP addresses, request time, requested URLs, browser information and response status to deliver and secure the site. The form uses a keyed, non-reversible identifier for temporary submission limits rather than saving raw IP addresses in the enquiry database. This website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, tracking pixels or externally hosted fonts. A first-party session-storage entry retains only a coarse referral category and named source for up to 30 minutes in the current tab. It does not save the referring URL, its query string, calculator entries or personal identifiers. On enquiry submission, the category and your own discovery-source selection are stored with the enquiry under its 180-day retention. Browsers may hide referrers, so this is incomplete attribution rather than proof of how you discovered us. Hosting or security providers may process essential technical information to protect their services. External links, such as Google Maps, open a separate service only when you choose to follow them.
Where information is processed
The website and enquiry database are hosted on Oracle Cloud infrastructure in Mumbai, India. Business email is handled through our email provider. Access is restricted to people who need the information to respond to enquiries or operate the service. We do not sell enquiry data. Service providers processing information for these purposes must be used with appropriate access controls and contractual safeguards. If a project involves additional providers or international processing, its relevant arrangements will be addressed for that engagement.
Retention
Initial website enquiries and their associated delivery queue are retained for up to 180 days, after which the server removes them. Website access and error logs are rotated with a 14-day retention period. Temporary form-limit records expire after one day. If an enquiry becomes an active engagement, relevant correspondence, contracts, invoices and project records may be retained separately for the engagement and for applicable legal or accounting requirements. Information subject to a valid legal preservation requirement may need to be kept longer.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct information you provided, withdraw consent, request deletion, or raise a grievance about its use. Where applicable, you may also request information about processing, object to or restrict certain processing, or exercise other rights available to you. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; please do not send identity documents unless specifically necessary and requested through an appropriate channel. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing an enquiry, and does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. We respond within the time required by the law that applies to your request. You may also have a right to contact a relevant data protection authority.
Security and scope
We use HTTPS, restricted server access, private database permissions and controls against abusive submissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. This notice covers this website and initial enquiries. Client systems, production applications or customer data handled during a project require their own agreed scope, privacy responsibilities and, where needed, data processing terms.
Children and updates
This website is intended for business users and does not knowingly seek personal data from children. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so it can be reviewed and handled appropriately. We may revise this notice when the website or its processing changes; the update date appears above.
